Licensed Cosmetologist specializing in healthy hair :) ✨ Dolled by the Brattt – Policies & Guidelines ✨ These policies are in place to keep everything running smoothly & respectfully for both me and my clients 💕 Please read before booking: 📌 Booking • All appointments must be booked online through my site, unless we have spoke • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your final balance. • Same-day bookings may be accepted if I have time 📌 Payments • Remaining balance is due in CASH, Applepay, Card, Venmo, & cashapp • No checks, PayPal or Zelle will be accepted. 📌 Cancellations & Reschedules • Please cancel/reschedule at least 24–48 hours in advance. • Late cancellations result in a forfeited deposit. • No-shows = deposit forfeited + may not be able to rebook in the future. 50% will be charged from your card. 📌 Late Policy • You have a 10 minute grace period. After that, a late fee of $10 will be applied. • After 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled & deposit forfeited. 📌 Hair Prep • Please arrive with your hair detangled, and not matted (wash and blowdry is included with all services). • if your hair is matted and will take me time to comb out, you’ll be charged a $20 fee or turned around depending on condition • If your child can’t sit for a wash and blowdry please bring them blowdried 📌 Guests • No extra guests, children, or visitors unless they are being serviced. Parents can stay with their kids who are minors. 📌 Safety & Respect • Please come with a positive attitude & respect my space. • Any disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the service and banned from booking 📌 Final Notes • Hair is provided for braided services (wash included) • Please confirm length and color with me before booking to avoid confusion.
